CCS Plan and Policies

The Plan

The CCS Plan is a written document, required under DHS Chapter 36 of the Wisconsin Administrative Code, that describes the plan to implement the Comprehensive Community Services benefit in Dane County. This covers such items as the organizational structure, policies, and procedures, the array of psychosocial rehabilitation services, and service providers to be available through the CCS program.
